The Students’ Conference of Linguistics in India (SCONLI) is a two day international conference organized annually by students.  Initiated in the academic year of 2006-07, SCONLI strives to provide a platform to the research students to share their research with the international audience. The aim of the Conference is to promote research activities among students of Linguistics. This Conference is a step towards building a network of future generation of linguists for better, in depth and widespread work in the area of linguistics. The year 2009-2010 is the fourth year of this most-awaited and popular event.
