*For joint papers, the co-authors who want to attend the conference should register separately.
**Offline attendees without presentation can choose NOT to avail the accommodation. In such cases, they will be exempt from the payment of 1000 INR.

Step 1: Go to the following link:

Step 2: Portal Signup

  1. Signup
  2. Verify your email‐id (link will be sent to your e‐mail)
  3. Login
  4. Fill up profile Details
    The profile contains three tabs -
    1. Personal information
    2. Academic information
    3. Signature and Photograph

    *ALL THOSE ASTERISKED ARE MANDATORY TO BE FILLED; others are optional!

  5. Save and confirm at the third tab and you are registered. Please note that this is a one time process only, following which you will be registered in our CEP portal where you can login anytime. Additionally, you can also edit profile details after registration.

Step 3: Login and Registration on the Portal

  1. After logging in,

    Choose your program from the dashboard: in the section titled CONFERENCE

    Name of the Programme:- Students Conference of Linguistics in India 14
    (Programme ID:IIT/CEP/CON/CON/2023-2024/HS/38)
    Duration of Programme:- February 21, 2024 to February 23, 2024

  2. Click on the 'APPLY NOW' button
  3. Select Applicant Category
  4. Select Course/Registration fee type 
  5. Upload ID card (Institute ID card for students, latest pass out certificate for non-students)
  6. Paper ID/Paper Title (Write NONE if not presenting a paper).

*ALL THOSE ASTERISKED ARE MANDATORY TO BE FILLED.

Your registration will be approved within 48 hours.

Step 4: Payment procedure

Once the registration is approved for SCONLI 14, the candidate receives an email for making fee payment from ERP System, IIT Kharagpur.
